It is becoming vitially important that people have access to resources and organizations that will fight against anti-women policies and advocate for the rights of women and other marginalized populations.  The following is a list of local and national political and social action organizations with a liberal/progressive bent, organized by topic. This list serves as both a resource list for individuals or families who may need them as well as list of organizations you may want to consider getting involved in an effort to ensure that Iowa is a safe place for ALL of its citizens.  This list is not exhaustive.
